本文针对超导光电探测器件中测辐射热和光致非平衡两种机理进行了理论分析,给出了器件响应率的计算方法,实验测量了YBa2Cu3O7-δ晶状膜和外延膜光电器件的探测特性,并将实验测量结果与所提出的理论模型进行了比较,制备出性能指标较高的YBa2Cu3O7-δ高温超导薄膜光电探测器件。
In this paper both bolometric and optically induced nonequilibrium mechanisms for the superconducting photodetector are theoretically analysed. Formulae of responsibility for the device have been shown. Characteristics of photodetectors based on the granular and epitaxial films are measured
and the experimental results have been compared with the proposed theoretical model. High Tc superconducting YBa2Cu3O7-δ film photodetectors with good performances are developed.
