摘要

本文运用场匹配方法计算了毫米波功率合成器中从各有源器件向外看去的外电路互阻抗

并利用频域谐波平衡技术将外电路阻抗与有源器件的大信号模型结合起来

建立了毫米波功率合成器的计算机辅助设计理论.

Abstract

In this paper

the external-circuit mutual impedances looking outside from active devices mounted in the power combiner are calculated with a field matching technique. The results are related to the large-signal models of active devices by using a frequency-domain harmonic balance technique

and the computer-aided design theory of millimeter wave power combiners is established.
