Abstract
In this paper
with Rayleigh fading the random characteristics of multipath time delay and Doppler shift in HF ionospheric channels is discussed. It’ s distribution densities are theoretically derived. An interrelation between the instantaneous multipath time delay (or Doppler shift) and the average normalized power is revealed.
