文献建立了较完善的噪声理论
其显著的优点是使电路或器件的嗓声性能分析及低噪声设计的精度和效率大为提高.本文给出了针对该噪声理论的实验研究
从实测角度证明了该理论的正确性及其相应优点.文中给出的噪声谱测量系统相对已有其它噪声测量仪器具有能对整个低频噪声谱测量
精确度优于4%及自动测量等优点.文中还提出了器件噪声参数测量及优化提取方法.最后
给出了理论与实测结果的对比实例.
In Ref. [1]
we have established a new noise circuit theory
its advantages make the accuracy and efficiency of noise performance analysis and low-noise design to be greatly improved. In this paper
the experimental study on this noise circuit theory is described and its advantages are verified. Compared with other noise measurements
the noise spectrum measurement system given in this paper has the advantages of measurement overall low-frequency noise spectrum
accuracy higher than 4% and automatic operation. Moreover
the extracting problem of noise parameters of active devices or circuits is easily solved. Lastly
a pratical example of theoretical and testing results is given and compared with each other.
