摘要

本文将MC（Matrix Cover）问题与线性变换相结合

提出了一种新型公钥密码体制。新体制的安全性主要依赖于MC的NP-完全性问题。

Abstract

This paper presents a new type of public key cryptosystem. The security of the system mainly depends on a NP-completeness problem （Matrix Cover problem）.
