A kind of solid super ionic capacitor
the ion injected capacitor
has been presented in this paper. It has a structure of "mix-conducting electrode /fast ionic conductor or mixing FIC and carbon polar electrode powders/mix-conducting electrode". We discovered that its capacitance is proportional to the amount of mixing electrodes
apart from existing in the eletric double layer. The Cu+ ionic conductor is used for the solid electrolyte
and Cu2Mo4S7.7 for mix-conducting electrode. The properties of this new model ionic super capacitor are: capacitance density is as high as 50F/m3
equivalent series resistance (ESR) is 40Ω
leakage current is 15μA
and decomposition potential is 600 mV.
