摘要

本文提出一种新的亚取样DPOM/内插DPGM混合的图像压缩编码方案

用于140Mb/s码率的高清晰度电视（HDTV）信号数字传输。方案中不含高速的复杂信号处理。计算机模拟结果表明

本方案可以获得高质量的重建图像。

Abstract

A new hybrid coding scheme with subsampled DPCM and interpolative DP-CM is proposed in this paper. It may be utilized to 140 Mb/s transmission of HDTV signals without involving high speed complex processing. Computer simulation results show that high quality of reconstructed pictures can be obtained by the proposed coding scheme.
