摘要

本文提出了一个能在SPICE通用电路分析程序上运行的模拟相乘器的实用化动态宏模型.较好地模拟了相乘器的3dB小信号带宽、矢量误差、上升速率、满功率响应、输入输出阻抗等动态参数.

Abstract

A practical dynamic macromodel of analog multiplier suitable for the General Circuit Analysis Program SPICE is presented. The dynamic parameters of analog multiplier

such as 3dB small signal frequency band

vector error

rise rate

response of full power

input and output impedance

are simulated. Good agreement between simulation results and data sheet is obtained.
