The phase-locking concept was brought to the attention by documents[2] and [5]

and was introduced analytically by Dewan for the first time

but no circuit or hint was proposed to develop the phase-locking mode. In this paper

two new pure phase-locked oscillators and the experimental results are presented. Because the new pure phase-locking has a lot of superb performances

it will find wide use.
