The paper puts forward a differential property of function matrix Hadamard’s product. On the basis of paper [1] a formula of network multi-output and multi-parameter second-order sensitivity has been derived. The paper points out that the simple method of the calculation of the network multi-output and multi-parameter second-order sensitivity is realized by means of the simple computation of so-called basic sub-matrix Hadamard’s product

and that this fandmental idea is suitable to higher-order as well.
