摘要

利用两次回转方法

由运算跨导放大器（简称OTA）构成浮地电容乘法器。该乘法器的电容量可经电信号连续调节

线性可调范围大、具有稳定的乘积因子。文中提供的模拟实验结果与理论计算结果基本一致。

Abstract

Using the approach of twice impedance inversion

a floating capacitance multiplier was built by operational transconductance amplifier （OTA）. The effective capacitance value of the multiplier can be continuously controlled by electric signals. The linear control range of the capacitance value wide

and the multiplication factor is highly stable The experimental capacitance values are basically in agreement with theoretical values.
