摘要

本文简述了高频天波超视距雷达模式识别、跟踪、座标变换数据处理器概念。提出了雷达时延变换地面距离的新算法

它具有不用中点电离层资料而仅用单一雷达站的探测数据即可完成的优点。用此法计算的飞机地面航迹与实际飞机航迹符合

平均偏差在4％以内。

Abstract

In this paper

the conception of the model recognition-tracking-coordinate transfer data processor in HF skywave OTH-B Radar is described. A new method to determine the ground distance of the moving object from the group path of the HF Radar is given. The data obtained from a single radar station are needed only and there is no need to know the ionospheric data of the middle point. The calculated tracks are compared with the real tracks and the results show that the relative error is no more than 4%.
