Abstract

The finite state machine model for 2CPFSK with rational modulation index is discussed. The signal constellation and a set parfition mapping rule is proposed. A lower bound which has efficient algorithm is established for one dimension even order modulation systems. It is tie in simple case but whether in general is still unknown
