摘要

本文介绍一种由微机控制、操作简便的俄歇电子能谱（AES）数据分析系统

及其设计考虑。谱图既可直接显示

也可打印输出

从而把成本降到最低限度。此外

软件全部采用FORTRAN语言和汇编语言混合编程

不仅提高了速度

也提供了各种强有力的图形功能。

Abstract

In this paper a simple microcomputer controlled AES data analysis system and its design considerations are described. Auger electron spectra can be not only directly displayed on the terminal

but also hard copied on the printer. As a result

the cost has been reduced to the minimum extent. Moreover

a hybrid programming of FORTRAN and assembly language is used for the software system. In this way a fast run speed as well as the various powerful graphics functions have been achieved.
