半经典理论方法不失为研究静电电子回旋脉塞的一种有效途径。
Electrostatic electron cyclotron maser (EECM) is studied and the expression of a great kind of specific singularity is derived by using semi-classical theory approach. The results show that the conclusion obtained in this paper has a general meaning. Therefore the unsteadiness relateted to the singularity is predicted. It seems that semi-classical theory is a useful way for studying EECM.
