摘要

本文给出了采用分步式总体优化提取双极GP模型直流参数的方法

其中包括双向目标函数的建立、参数提取等级的划分和初值的确定

以及模型参数的全城总体提取。文中介绍了用该法编制的程序及其成功的应用。

Abstract

The main problems of the optimal parameter extraction for IC bipolar model are analysed. A method of stepped global optimization of DC parameter is provided for GP model. This method includes the formulation of the forward reverse objective function

the step for parameter extraction

the determination of the iniatial values and the program of the parameter global extractions is developed. This paper introduces the successful application of the program to IC bipolar device.
