摘要

本文提出一种“近均值滤波”的非线性滤波的方法

并对其特性加以证明。这种方法在平滑噪声的同时

Abstract

In this paper

a nearest-mean nonlinear filter is presented and some properties of this filter is also derived. It shows that the nearest-mean filter has the virtues of edge preserving and noise smoothing. The new technique will be useful in digital signal processing.
