摘要

本文概述了当前世界集成电路技术发展情况

对今后的发展方向和一些主要的技术课题进行讨论

并对我国发展此项技术应注意的有关问题提出了一些看法。

Abstract

In this paper a short review of world IC technology progress and a discussion on main technical subjects in this field are given. Some suggestions for development of this technology in our country are also made.
