In this paper

a frame synchronization multi-acquisition method is presented. The multi-acquisition ptobability expression for a fixed-chreshold is obtained. By means of theoretical analysis and computer simulation

it can be shown that on the basis of correct selection of the number of fault tolerance

the multi-acquisition probability can approach to a maximum value and with the increasing of the number of times of acqusition the maximum probabilty will be also increased

and the corresponding synchronization pattern length will be decreased. Using the multi-acquisiton method presented with the synchronization length given

the frame synchronization can be achieved with probability of one under serious noise level.
