摘要

本文提出了一种宽带机调毫米波固体源的分析方法和数值计算结果

指出了它的宽带特性。利用以上结果成功地研制了一种Ka波段宽带固体源

最大调谐带宽可达到10GHz。

Abstract

An analytic method of broadband machine-tuned oscillators and its numerical results are presented. The oscillators have broadband features. Using the above-mentioned results

a kind fo Ka-band broadband oscillators is developed

of which the maximum tuning bandwidth is 10 GHz.
