摘要

本文首次给出耦合腔半导体激光器的相位噪声谱和线宽

指出耦合腔半导体激光器的相位噪声性能是由光反馈和注入锁定两种机理共同决定的。

Abstract

The phase noise spectrum and linewidth of coupled-cavity semiconductor lasers are given for the first time.The lower phase noise in coupled-cavity semiconductor lasers is attributed to optical feedback and injection locking.
