2dB带宽为700MHz。加300kHz正弦波信号后
测试了器件在不同偏置电压下的响应。
An interferometric modulator with Ti-diffused LiNbO3 weveguide has been fabricated.Measurements are made at the optical wavelength of 0.6328 μm. The results are as follow: π phase voltage 5.3V
maximum modulation degree 97.6%
capacitance 9 pF and 3 dB bandwidth 700 MHz. The response characteristics are measured at different bias voltages using the sine wave signal of 300 kHz.
