Two nonlinear macromodels of operational amplifiers which are suitable for analysing the time-domain and frequency-domain are prsesented repectively. The linear and nonlinear responses of OAs under the drive of different signal levels are considered. The nonlinear saturated current curve of the input stage and the analytical expressions are obtained. In the slew rate analogy the innate physical property is discussed. The simulation results are quite consistent with the experiments.
