摘要

本文提出两种形式的多极静电偏转器偏转象差的简单计算方法。通过合理选择多极静偏器的调节参数

获得了在16个象差系数中只有9项积分运算的偏转象差系数公式。它们没有光轴电场强度分布的二阶导数

因而计算精度高。

Abstract

A simple method for calculating aberrations of two kinds of multipole electrostatic deflectors is presented. By selecting the parameters of the deflectors reasonably

the transverse components E2

F2 of the field distribution can be eliminated

and then the simple formulae which contain only nine terms of integral in sixteen aberration coefficients are obtained. There are no second order dervatives of the electric field on optical axis in these formulas

so high precision can be gotten.
