Abstract
A design with its nonlinear analysis of a common gate MESFET microwave oscillator stabilized by a dielectric resonator is presented. It may be built in single or push-pull circuits for different applications. The frequency stability can be higher than 10-3. The circuit is simple and compact
easy to adjust and low in cost. At 4 GHz
the output power is about 10 mW when a MGF-1200 is used.
