有限元网格的自适应剖分技术及改进的非线性迭代技术
使器件分析的速度显著提高。
A new two-dimension finite element analysis program SDA-I for semiconductor devices is presented.A more complete physical model of the device is adopted
and the sparse matrix technique of symbol Lu factorization
the self-adaptive finite element mesh refinement technique aed the modified nonlinear iteration technique are used in the numerical method.Thereby the speed of device analysis is increased con siderably.
