摘要

本文介绍一种采用相敏检波器（PSD）率窗的双相关深能级瞬态谱（DDLTS）测量系统。它具有结构简单、成本低、操作灵便等优点

尤其是具有好的信噪比

可望提高测量的空间分辨率。

Abstract

A double correlation deep level transient spectroscopy （DDLTS） system equipped with a phase-sensitive-detector（PSD） rate windon has been presented.It is simple in structure

inexpensive in cost and convenient to operate as well.Especially

it has a better signal-to-noise ratio

so that a higher resolution for the analysis of deep level profiles can be expected.
