制成了实用于C、X、K波段的具有较好调谐特性和温度稳定性的YIG器件。
Abstract
A design of electromagnet biased by RCo5 magnets in series is offered. It is "suitable for C
X and K band YIG tuned devices. Its volume is only 140 cm3
weight 0.5 Kg. The field strength in 2 mm gap is over 6.5 KOe. Design formulae are given and simplified for quick design. It is pointed that the leakage permeance of various magnetomotive forcos in series circuit is different from each other.
