摘要

首先给出正确估计概率指数B（d）的定义

然后分随机参量、非随机参量两种情况给出正确估计概率的Chernoff界。

Abstract

A definition of the exponent B（d） of the probability for correct estimation is given

and a Chernoff’s bound of the probability of correct estimation is obtained by using the exponent in the case of both random and nonrandom parameters.
