摘要

本文先依现行的计算机代码体制推导出中文信息处理系统的代码系列

然后详细计论了汉字信息处理系统的内部处理码系列及其设计方法

并简单地介绍了少数民族文字处理系统的内部处理码问题。

Abstract

The coding seriel for Chinese character information processing systems （CCIPS） resulted from coding series of present computers are described. The internal processing coding series of information processing systems for Han Nationality charater and it’s design method are discussed in detail. The similar ones for minority nationality characters in China are also discussed breifly.
