摘要

本文给出了混频二极管的复数散射矩阵及微波混频器的信号流图

并提出了一种在匹配条件下化简信号流图的新方法

使微波混频器的信号流图得到极度简化。

Abstract

A complex scattering matrix of mixer’s diode and a signal flow graph of microwave mixer are given. A new method for it’s simplification under matching condition is proposed. This make it possible to simplify the signal flow graph of microwave mixer extremely.
