本文对的电磁聚焦移象系统的理论进行了补正和补充
放宽了实现图象无转角的条件
导出了能获得放大率 M=1或 M≠1、且无转角的图象移象系统中轴上相对电位和磁感应强度分布的关系式
以及特征值λ应满足的条件
提出了设计图象无转角且放大率可变的移象系统的新途径。文中给出了解析实例与数值计算实例。
A method for designing electrostatic and magnetic focusing image transfer- ence systems is introduced with variable magnification but without image rotation and two con- ditions
the eigen value λ as well as the potential V(z) and the magnetic induction G(z) along the axis are derived.As soon as these two conditions are fulfiled in the system
an image with magnification M=1 or M≠1 but without image rotation can be obtained.Thus
the method for designing image transference system without image rotation appears to be an improvement and development for the existing one.Some practical examples are also given.
