摘要

本文简要地叙述了微波半导体技术的发展过程和现状

并着重从器件或电路功能的角度介绍了当前正在开发的重点

概略地展望了它的发展前景

提出了发展我国微波半导体技术的一般见解。

Abstract

The developing process and state-of-the-art of microwave semiconductor technology are described briefly.The emphasis of exploitation is introduced in terms of device and circuit functions. The paper looks into future and proposes a general guideline for the development of microwave semiconductor technology in our country.
