钽中的电子输运问题。得到了这些材料的反射与透射特性。对电子在半无限介质中的沉积能分布也进行了计算。
Accroding to the continuous-slowing-down approximation theory and the multiple-scattering theory
the electron transport in Beryllium
Iron and Tantalum has been calculated by a first class Monte Carlo model in the Sub-MeV energy region.The reflected and/or transmitted characteristics of these materials and the distribution of deposited electron energy in a semi-infinite medium have been obtained.
