摘要

观测和研究了TEA-CO

激光器脉冲光波形随激光器诸参数的变化情况。光脉冲前沿、脉宽和相对于放电脉冲的延时均随y而明显变化。只有在极不同的y条件下

才能获得最大的输出能量或最佳的峰值功率。

Abstract

Relationships between the output pulse shapes of a TEA-CO2 laser and several parameters of the laser have been observed and studied. The front edge

pulse width and time delay of the laser pulse relative to the start of laser discharge are varied obviously with γ.In order to obtain maximum energy output and maximum peak power

the laser must be operated in very different conditions.
