摘要

本文以对称三值逻辑为基础

提出一种利用立体的树型细胞结构来实现的通用逻辑阵列。文中讨论了这种通用阵列的基本特性和设计方法

以及使这种阵列化简的问题。最后把这种树型通用阵列与二值通用阵列以及其它三维三值通用阵列作了比较。

Abstract

A cubic cell structure based on three value logic is proposed for the realization of common logic arrays. The essential features and design method of this structure

as well as the synthesis of the array

are discussed. And this common array is compared with both binary cell arrays and other ternary cell arrays.
