本文提出了一种可用于低噪声宽频带MMIC FET放大器设计的计算机辅助设计方法。它计入了FET的非单向特性、匹配网络中的损耗与两端的复数失配。它比目前采用的一些机助设计方法更为完善和精确。文中给出了两个设计实例(8~12GHz和6~15GHz的MMIC FET放大器)
以说明此方法的应用。
A computer-aided design procedure applicable to low-noise and broad-band MMIC FET amplifiers is presented. The method takes into account the non-unilateral behavior of the FET
losses in the matching networks and complex termination mismatches. The design procedure is more complete and accurate than currently available CAD methods. Two design examples
