本文应用计及空间电荷效应的小信号薄电子注理论
建立了有切断区的注入式正交场放大器的物理模型
并导出了其增益及相移计算公式。式中包括了空间电荷效应、线路衰减及电子与波非同步的影响。切断区的作用可归结为引入了“切断跌落”及“切断相移”。由于切断区中存在着正交场空间电荷波增益效应
“切断衰减”有可能出现负值
从而成“切断增益”。最后
用零长度切断区模型分析了切断区位置对整管增益的影响。
A physical model and related formulas for the calculation of small-signal gain and phase shift in a severed injected-beam crossed-field amplifier are presented in this paper. The analysis is based on the linear theory of thin beam CFA with the space charge effect included. In the analysis the space charge effect as well as the circuit loss and the velocity difference between electrons and undisturbed waves are considered."Sever Drop"and "Sever Phase Shift" are introduced in formulas to represent the effect of the sever.The"Sever Drop"can be of a negative value due to the Diocotron effect in the sever. The influence of sever location on the gain is also analyzed based on a zero-length sever model.
