摘要

本文提出了一种新的对数字系统进行诊断的方法——故障函数法。它用图论分析图的结构

使故障检测、“单故障”诊断和多故障诊断以及组合逻辑和时序逻辑处理得以统一

并给出了最小测试集的形成规则。该方法消除了几种常用诊断方法的单故障假设

也无需故障模拟。

Abstract

This paper presents a new diagnosis method of digital system-Fault FunctionMethod. By means of graph theory

the faults detection

the "single fault" location and the multiple faults location as well as the combinational logic and the sequential logic processes are all unified. This method also gives the rule forming the minimal set of tests. The assumption of single fault and fault simulation are both eliminated.
