摘要

本文用平面电流场理论分析了薄膜中电位和电流的分布特性

推导了具有一定网络图形的衰减器的衰减量和输入、输出特性阻抗的计算式

对设计薄膜衰减器有意义。文中还对衰减器的功率耗散问题作了一些讨论。

Abstract

: In this paper

the potential and current patterns in the thin-film have been analyzed with the theory of 2-dimensional electric field. The expressions derived for attenuation

input and output characteristic impedance of attenuators with certain network patterns will prove to be of benefit for the design of thin-film attenuators. The dissipation power has also been discussed.
