本文从基本理论出发分析了电子设备振动与冲击隔离的基本原理:1.周期性振动:(1)单自由度系统
(2)非耦合二自由度系统
(3)耦合二自由度系统
(4)多自由度系统
(5)高频激励系统
(6)挠性结构系统等的振动隔离原理;2.随机振动的隔离原理;3.冲击隔离原理。通过多自由度系统的振动试验基本验证了上面有关的理论。最后提出振动与冲击隔离器的选用与设计原则。
This paper deals with the basic principles of the vibration and shock isolation in accordance with the basic theory. Three aspects are considered here: 1. The isolation theory of such periodic vibrations as: 1) Single-degree-of-freedom system; 2) Uncoupled two-degree-of-freedom system; 3) Coupled two-degree-of-freedom system; 4) Multi-degree-of-freedom system; 5) High frequency excitation system; 6) Non-rigid structure system. 2. Theory of random vibration isolation. 3. Theory of shock isolation. The theory involved here has been partly proved by the vibration test of multi-degree-of-freedom system. In the last part of the paper
are discussed the principles for selection and design of the shock and vibration isolators.
