管子结构多属中心阳极型.电极的安置是
阳极位于中心
圆面形阴极或半球面形的阴极包围在外.由于工作时使用方式的不同
致使管内的电位分布也不一样.本文将对两种不同使用情况进行讨论:一种是当平行光线均匀照射于发射层表面时
对阴极表面的电位分布进行计算
并叙述阴极面上不等电位对管子性能的影响.一种是当聚焦光束入射于阴极面的中心处时
对阴、阳极轴向各点的电位进行计算分析
同时还说明对电位分布进行计算的意义以及极间电位对工作性能的影响.
In most phototubes
the photosensitive material of the cathode is deposited on the isolating wall
and the phototube is often made of the central-anode type.This form
with a small central anode surrounded by a large semispherical or round cathode
finds various applications.As the methods of using the phototube are different
so will be the potential distribution in the phototube. In this paper
the potential distribution and its influence on the properties of the phototube are discussed under two conditions:with parallel light falling uniformly on the emissive surface
secondly
with converging light focussing on the center point of the cathode. In the latter case
potentials between points along the axis of the cathode and the anode are calculated.Significance of such potentials are also given.
