本文研究了隧道二极管振荡器中由固有噪声引起的自然起伏过程。在系统中激起近似于正弦振荡的情形下
利用 van der Pol 方法及相关理论决定了稳态振荡下振荡器的主要统计特性。经过实际计算
以及同其他型式振荡器的现有资料作比较
证明了这种振荡器属于固有噪声影响大、自然线宽大、频率的自然稳定度低的一类振荡器。
The so-called natural fluctuating process in a tunnel diode oscillator relating to the inherent noise such as thermal noise and shot noise is studied in this paper. In the case of near-sinusoidal sustained oscillation
the principal stastical characteristics of this oscillator are calculated by means of van der Pol method and correlation theory. By comparing the practical data with other types of oscillators
it is shown that the tunnel diode oscillator is of greater line width and of lower intrinsic frequency stability.
