计算了在不同外线路参量和触发条件下的开关时间和输出波形。对触发灵敏度和一种我们称为反极性触发的新触发原理进行了较细致的分析
提出了一种定量计算的方法。 测量了开关特性
触发灵敏度和反极性触发特性。实验系统响应上升时间为7毫微秒。实验结果和理论计算结果符合得很好。 计算和实验结果可经过归一化后推广
为实际线路设计提供参考。
The switching properties of tunnel diodes are analyzed
using the piecewise linear method
and a graphical method for nonlinear systems analysis proposed by one of the authors. Switching times and output wave-forms under various triggering conditions are calculated. The triggering sensitivity and a new mode of triggering
triggering by reversed polarity
are studied in detail. A method is proposed to carry out the quantitative calculation of the above problems.The switching time
triggering sensitivity and characteristics of reversed polarity triggering are measured with an experimental set-up of seven-mμs response time. The experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated values.Both experimental and calculated results are summarized in the form of normalized curves to provide some useful information for practical circuit design.
