在工作频率较高而接近于输入电路的自然谐振频率时
管的有效输入电容随频率的增加而增加
这一效应使较宽通频带的分布放大器的实际截止频率低于原设计的截止频率
而且这一情况随设计频宽增加而愈益严重。本文提出一种新的利用mm′低通网络作为栅极和板极传输线的分布放大级。mm′网络可以较好地吸收电子管的杂散参数而使放大级实际的和设计的截止频率相符合。文中对这种放大级的特性进行了分析并给出截止频率为200和300MHz的分布放大级的实验结果。在制作较宽频带的分布放大器时应用mm′放大级可以简化设计手续。
Detailed calculations and measurements on u.h.f. characteristics of amplifying tubes show that the effective input capacitance of a tube increases with the operating frequency when it is approaching the natural resonant frequency of the input circuit of the tube. Due to this effect
the actual cut-off frequency of a wide-band distributed amplifier becomes lower than that originally designed. This effect becomes more serious as the bandwidth of the amplifier increases. In this paper
a new kind of distributed amplifier utilizing mm’-derived low-pass networks as grid and plate lines is described and its characteristics is analyzed. Since the mm’ low pass networks can absorb more parasitic parameters of the tube
the actual and designed cut-off frequencies may agree with each other. Experimental models of amplifier stages with cut-off frequencies of 200 and 300 MHz have been built and results of measurements are given. By using this type of amplifier stage as the element of wide-band distributed amplifiers the design procedure may be considerably simplified.
