为提高不确定环境下目标威胁评估的可靠性和精确度,本文提出基于新型区间直觉模糊算子的变权防空目标威胁评估方法.针对现有区间直觉模糊算子由于忽略集结数据间的关系而造成决策结果精度不高的问题,本文定义新的区间直觉模糊运算规则,提出新型区间直觉模糊算术加权平均(Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Weighted Arithmetic Averaging,IVIFWAA)算子和几何加权平均(Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Weighted Geometric Averaging,IVIFWGA)算子,并证明其代数性质.在此基础上,本文构建防空作战目标威胁评估指标体系,引入变权理论,构造权值优势度函数,通过变权函数对威胁指标权重进行调整,并利用IVIFWAA和IVIFWGA算子对多属性、多决策者的决策信息进行集结,得到加权融合的目标威胁评估结果.仿真对比实验验证了本文方法的可行性和优越性.
The variable weight target threat assessment method of air defense based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted operators fusion is proposed in order to improve the reliability and accuracy of target threat assessment in uncertain environment. In order to solve the problem of low precision of decision results caused by ignoring the relationship between aggregated data
the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy operation rules based on algebraic operations are defined. We use these rules to provide interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging(IVIFWAA) and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric averaging(IVIFWGA) operators and prove a number of algebraic properties of these operators. Then
constructing the target threat assessment index system of air defense operation. On this basis
the weight dominance function is constructed
and the weight of threat index is adjusted by variable weight function. Furthermore
the IVIFWAA and IVIFWGA operators are used to aggregate the decision information of multi-attribute and multi decision-makers
and the threat assessment results of weighted fusion targets are obtained. Simulation results of comparison verify the feasibility and superiority of the proposed method.
