The Design and Application of QCA Full Adder Based on Improved Five-Input Majority Gate
Quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) is an emerging nanotechnology.A full adder based on improved five-input majority gate is proposed.The full adder keeps correct logic function and dominates the previous results.Then it is applied to implement adder and multiplier.Results illustrate that they improve significantly in some performance.
