Direct Torque Control System of Coiler Based on Load Observer and Active Speed Compensation
Based on analysis of the principle in setting speed regulation for strip coiler
according to the actual problem that the acceleration and vibration factors of rolling mill induce the fluctuation of coiling tension
a novel tension control model is proposed.Under the condition that without real-time sensors of rolling torque and speed
combining with the idea of load observation and active speed complement
an improved direct torque control(DTC) system
which has strong ability of disturbance rejection
is designed for the first time.The experiment results show that the active speed compensation method can overcome the inherent defect of the common direct torque control system.Signals of speed fluctuation and torque in the asynchronous motor are decoupled.And constant tension in coiling process is achieved.
