the switching losses in the single-phase full-bridge hard-switching inverter will also increase significantly so that the inverter is in low efficiency. In order to solve this problem
a single-phase full-bridge three-level energy-saving inverter is proposed. By resonance in the auxiliary commutation circuit
the voltage across capacitors in parallel with the main switches decreases to zero and the main switches could achieve zero-voltage switching. Furthermore
two groups of bidirectional auxiliary switches can achieve zero-voltage switching and zero-current switching respectively in the process of commutation. The working state of the circuit is analyzed. Experimental results show that the main switch and auxiliary switch can achieve soft switching. Therefore
the single-phase full-bridge three-level inverter can operate in high efficiency.
