which is difficult to meet the requirements of ultra-high precision clock synchronization in many fields in the future. Combined with neural network algorithm
a local multi-reference clock synthesis algorithm based on back-propagation neural network (BP neural network) is proposed
which can improve the short-term and long-term stability of clock source at the same time.
